Standard appointment

$225 for a standard 50-minute individual appointment. Private appointments do not require a referral.

A Medicare rebate may be available for an eligible appointment with a valid written referral and eligible Medicare pathway. The rebate depends on current rates and eligibility; it is not guaranteed.

Medicare and referrals

A valid written referral and an eligible Medicare pathway are required for a Medicare claim. The Mental Health Treatment Plan itself is not the referral. Referral and course requirements are explained on the GP information and Medicare referrals page.

Payment

Fees and payment steps are confirmed before services begin.

Cancellation and non-attendance

Please give at least two business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less notice is given, or you do not attend, a cancellation fee may apply as set out in your service agreement. Cancellation fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

To cancel or reschedule, contact Eden by phone or email as soon as possible. If you leave a voicemail, notice is recorded when the message is received. Any relevant funding requirements will be discussed before services begin.

Funding

Private and Medicare

Private and eligible Medicare appointments may be accepted where suitability and capacity requirements are met.

Financial Assistance Scheme / Victims of Crime

These arrangements are considered only where referral, authority approval, funding and clinical suitability requirements are in place.

NDIS

Eden Psychological Services is not an NDIS-registered provider. Referrals may be considered only for self-managed or plan-managed participants; NDIA-managed funding is not accepted. Funding, suitability and capacity requirements apply.

TAC

TAC referrals are considered only where referral, authority approval, adequate funding and clinical suitability requirements are in place. Any no-gap arrangement depends on those requirements being accepted and adequately funded.

WorkSafe Victoria

Eden Psychological Services is an approved WorkSafe Victoria provider. Individual referrals may be considered where referral, claim and funding approvals are in place and the service is suitable for the client and Eden has capacity.

Other work

Reports, letters, case conferences and substantial liaison may attract charges under the applicable agreement. Any fee or funding arrangement is discussed before the work is completed.Standard appointment
