Eden Psychological Services is not a crisis service. Matthew aims to respond to general enquiries within two business days and returns phone messages during business hours.
Location
Eden Psychological Services is currently offering telehealth appointments only for suitable clients located throughout Victoria. Telehealth is generally considered for clients aged 12 and over; suitability, privacy and safety are assessed before an appointment is offered.
Operating hours
Appointments are by arrangement. Phone messages are returned during business hours. Availability is confirmed before an appointment is accepted.
New-client enquiries
General new-client enquiries are welcome by telephone on 0494 817 870 or by email at referrals@edenpsych.com.au. Each enquiry is reviewed for suitability before an appointment is offered. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance or an appointment.
