Technology and information handling
Eden Psychological Services uses a limited number of systems for website hosting, practice administration and clinical care. The information below explains their intended roles; provider privacy information should also be reviewed.
Website
Squarespace hosts this website and supports website content, navigation and general enquiries. Please do not place detailed sensitive health, identifying or funding information into ordinary website forms or email.
Practice systems
Halaxy
Halaxy is used for practice administration, including client and appointment-related processes where configured for Eden.
NovoNote
NovoNote may assist with preparing or organising clinical notes where Matthew has separately assessed that use as appropriate and obtained specific consent.
NovoPsych
NovoPsych is used for selected psychological measures and related clinical administration where appropriate.
Provider privacy policies should be read alongside Eden’s Privacy Policy. Direct provider links will be added once the current URLs and Eden configuration have been verified.
AI-assisted note-taking
Where AI-assisted note-taking is used and separately consented to, it may help prepare or organise clinical notes. It does not replace Matthew’s clinical judgement, review or responsibility. AI-assisted note-taking is optional, and psychological services can be provided without agreeing to it. No claim is made here about automatic recording, accuracy, security or training use beyond the information provided in the relevant consent and provider privacy information.
referrals@edenpsych.com.au may be used for general information, brief administrative questions and agreed follow-up.
Ordinary email is not appropriate for detailed sensitive health, identifying or funding information.
Questions or concerns
Clients can ask about technology, accessibility, privacy or consent choices by contacting referrals@edenpsych.com.au. Where a technology is optional, alternatives can be discussed.
This supporting information forms part of the practice’s privacy transparency and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy.
